Julio CEO manages and develops the overall activities of SOFA, working closely with the Board of Trustees, as well as staff, volunteers and other partners. These include funders such as Leicestershire County Council, Charnwood Borough Council, the Furniture Re-use Network, other Re-use Projects in Leicestershire, Referral Agencies and other voluntary sector partners.

Linda administers SOFA's accounts and payroll systems.

Stewart inspects and tests donated electrical appliances in accordance with Electrical Safety Regulations and Standards.
